Fall Harvest of Hope 2026

A Celebration of Community, Generosity, and Hope

On September 27, 2026, friends, families, volunteers, and supporters gathered at 115 Bourbon Street in Merrionette Park for The Port Ministries' annual Fall Harvest of Hope.

Together, we celebrated the power of community while raising essential funds to support our Bread Truck, Free Health Clinic, and After-School Program.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, and guests, this year's celebration raised more than $34,000 through Givebutter, including contributions supporting our ongoing mission.

Thank you to everyone who made Fall Harvest of Hope 2026 possible!

Your continued support allows The Port Ministries to provide food, healthcare, educational opportunities, and compassionate assistance to our neighbors on Chicago's South Side.
